"We were very happy with our choice of hotel, both in terms of proximity to the city centre’s attractions as well as the Playa las Canteras, and for its standard of accommodation & service. Our room was spacious with an excellent shower, plenty of wardrobe space & a large, comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly & professional; we particularly loved the 12th floor rooftop bar- wonderful panoramic views & two attractive areas to sit. "

"We were looking for some late winter sun and on a recommendation booked the Reina Isobel. The hotel is large and great facilities including a rooftop swimming pool and bar. With great sea views and, weather permitting, a glimpse of Tenerife. The breakfast buffet is vast and varied and includes vodka. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and again there was a wide selection of appetisers, mains and desserts. The resort was busy in late February and we enjoyed an early evening walk along...

"Great room, people and location"

"Lovely stay overall. Great location in the old town. Rooftop with bar was best feature. Rooms were fine but mine was noisy: street noise, reception, creaking floorboards from room above. I could have also done with a safe in the room. Despite these points I had a great time in Las Palmas."

"We stayed for two nights and found it very comfortable. The room was a good size, the bathroom was clean and the balcony was huge! The pool was warm and very relaxing. You do need to pay extra for the sauna though. It’s €10/pp. The breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day. The scrambled eggs were really nice. "

"I admit, I was unsure about the hotel before hand. But my fears were unfounded. It's a really good location for the city. We were near the beach, near the park and near to good shopping. The hotel itself was great, the staff were super helpful, the facilities were great and we greatly enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to Las Palmas, we'd stay again."

"Nice hotel with a lovely big room and a great view. Very clean and modern on top floor. Breakfast good and evening meal was good value. Only down side was that on our stay they were doing renovations and there was no electricity from 10am till 4pm. But l guess it will all be fixed and hotel refurbished soon. "
