I had a wonderful stay at Poem Suits. An exceptional service of the staff on premises. I will definitely recommend this place for a vacation stay. Beach is located across the street. Beautiful location. Overall- clean , safe and very convenient. Thank you Poem Suits .

Good apartment basically you get what you paid for ,it’s very close to Playa de las Canteras just one block away so that’s good ,the apartment itself basic it’s not convenient for light sleepers as we had city view so expect car noise and other things it was fine by us , communication was good from the stuff to send us instructions to how we get to the apartment.

We did not receive the same apartment as on the pictures. It smelt from ventilation and toilet/shower immediatly at the access.

Not a hotel as such, these rooms/suites are very modern, well equipped and the project is very well managed.The area isn't the best, however it is only 1 block from the fabulous Cantaras beach, with all it's bars and restaurants, also walking distance to the Aquarium which is highly recommended and one block from the Port market which is also worth a visit. Discounted parking in the adjacent car park is an added bonus. We only stayed for 2 days and would stay again but probably on the other side of the building as "the city view" is not so nice.

I was not informed that the building was undergoing renovations. at 8:00 in the morning they started drilling. when I confronted the front desk they said it was the last day. but it continued throughout the stay

Had a good 6 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel in a good position with just a few minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Also, a very good and inexpensive bike hire shop is about a 10 minute walk.

Bed was great. Well-appointed room, with a fully-equipped kitchenette (washing machine even!). The only problem is that the street is quite noisy due to traffic and the room is not very well isolated, which means that you can easily listen to other rooms as well.

A beautiful, quiet, clean place, close to everything: the beach, markets, and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. I arrived three hours before the scheduled time, but they still gave me the place and helped me. The price is reasonable and acceptable. When I come back again, it will be my first choice.

Great apartment with an excellent location. The personnel was always smiling and very friendly and helpful in all situations. It is good to notice that cleaning during the stay comes with a surcharge and that there is no safety box considering a potentially confusing Finnish translation on Ebookers. Overall a great place to stay in Las Palmas.

Position is perfect to walk to the beach and many restaurants around. If you rent a scooter or motorbike there are lot of free parking within 2 min walk. One minus to position that it is a busy street under, so you will end up rather using air conditioning with closed windows othewise it is noisy. But in general all things considered, very good.

Poems was the best place we have ever stayed! We had a double bed suite and were delighted with the quirky layout the quality and cleanliness of the suite. It was the most comfortable bed and pillows we have slept on.... There is a cafe on the corner that opens early for a fresh coffee and pastry for breakfast as well as a small market to buy fresh items or tourist bits. Easy walking distance to the esplanade and parking sites within the city. Highly recommend.

Nice Apartment in Good location
First we had an Apartment to the street side and it was very loud. Moreover, the toilet door didn‘t work properly which was a big problem. After complaining, they have us another Apartment which was great 😀. Location is great - near the beach and a lot of Restaurants around.
