"What a beautiful house, very well equipped and a lovely warm pool. You don’t need a car to go to the beach or to a restaurant as everything is in walking distance. "The villa is very quiet and secluded and away from distraction. Lovely walking opportunities and stunning mountain views. If you want a very quiet time and an option to explore by car the villa is ideal. The kitchen is well equipped and the double bed is wide and very comfortable. Best to stock up on food from airport to villa but several large supermarkets on way from airport. We brought a week's food and only needed to buy bread locally in Santa Lucia. "15 hours prior to arrival we had a text from the owner notifying of road works by the local authority to the entrance lane (approx. 300m) but quote ‘it 'wouldn't impact our stay' but we would have to park at the top on the road. We were informed upon arrival by our host that the work would complete on Monday (arrival Thursday). Upon leaving the following Thursday the work wasn't even 50% complete. "We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met een groep van 12 personen (sporters op trainingskamp). Er is ontzettend veel ruimte in en om het huis. Toch is het een erg knusse en gezellige plek. De keuken voldoet aan alle eisen. Pilar is een fantastische, warme gastvrouw die altijd beschikbaar is. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!"

"The villa is modern and very spacious - we stayed in a group of 10 and had more than enough room. We enjoyed the pool, excellent TV with netflix, the gym and eating outdoors. The location isn't perfect - it's great that it's on a private road by the golf course but it's next to an industrial area and you have to drive to get to anywhere including shops. The host was very easy to get hold of during our stay. We had a lovely holiday."

"This property is well located being 2 blocks from the beach, but not too close to the noise and hubbub. Restaurants and shops are close, and there is a nice bakery a short walk away. The apartment is well laid out and efficient. We appreciated the modern AC as well. We had a minor problem with the plumbing and the hosts were helpful and quickly addressed it. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the underground parking too. We would stay here again. "
