"Pleasant stay for the most part. Comfortable rooms, beds and bathrooms are big with good water pressure. No issues with the internet during my stay. The only problem I had was during check out when they tried to charge me for mini-bar items that were never in my room. Other than their mistake over that I would recommend it and I would stay again. "

"Such a brilliant hotel - modern, stylish and loads of facilities (pool, spa and well equipped gym) that you wouldn’t expect at an “airport hotel”. Food and service was also outstanding. They have a free shuttle (which you need to book to secure your space) which runs every hour to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport - just 15 minutes away. Cannot recommend this highly enough - it was the perfect way to round off our trip to Thailand before flying home."
