"This was a lovely hotel with great staff. The wonderful lady that checked us in and sold us on the breakfast, and it did not disappoint. This hotel had great views, perfect location, and was very clean!"

"The hotel was nicely decorated and clean. However, given the price it lacked amenities you would normally expect such as tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Although out of town, the bus is regular from across the street and there are a fee shops and takeaways next door. The airport shuttle didnt turn up for me or my friend who were departing at different time so I would recommend the five minute walk to the bus station where buses to the airport...

"Stayed here for a short break. Felt the online key fob was annoying at first as we arrived early and it wouldn’t allow us to check in early.No person to talk to and we only realised the situation when the same thing had happened to other customers. Felt the bedroom was very small as had to climb over bed to get into.No space at all around bed.Also we were in an apartment on the main road and it was quite noisy with traffic and people clubbing opposite.I choose these apartments as the reviews...

"The resort is very outdated. The equipment in the apartment is very old. In such a cold weather, guests will still need to wait for the water heater to be heated up as advised by the personnel between 30 - 60 minutes after each shower. The apartment can hold 3-4 guests, can you imagine how much time is needed to shower? The internet speed in this location is horrendously slow but it is good as people should be focusing on the awesome view. The heating solution within the room is also old and...

"This is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, coffee makers, and made service every day. To take advantage of the wonderful spa while you were there. I think the price is a little high, but it’s definitely worth it. My only observation negative is that it is a 1/2 to 1 mile walk to the shopping and restaurant areas. This may not sound far, but when it’s the dead of winter and dark outside, it is a consideration. Taxis in this city or quite expensive."

"Super fin lejlighed, som lå perfekt i forhold til by og havn. "

"The wifi instructions were not handy I had to bother my host at a very late hour upon arriving. The wifi you had to go find the wifi and the find the code on it. Would have been nice to have the code on a welcome note. Also the TV Did not work there was no cable box or anything to connect to. If we were expected to use the tv as is it wasn’t very good at all. "

"Property was great place to stay for the week. Kitchen is great for cooking :). There is a ChromeCast that allows you to stream off your device. When we arrived there was no bowls in the kitchen as well as no dishwasher tablets. This was quickly resolved with an email to the hosts There is nothing to clean the floor with as well as no tea towel for the duration of our stay. However they did supply paper towel."

"Incredible pace in a spectacular natural setting, about 1.25 hours from Tromso. Our fjord front cabin was spectacular- each day and night we woke to breathtaking views ( traveled in winter.). We saw the northern lights from our multiple balconies and the large windows in our unit. Everything was beautifully appointed. It is, however in a remote area tucked amidst mountains and fjords.! If you go, note there are no stores or on premise food purchase options except the restaurant. Also, it is not possible by Norwegian ABC laws to have a social or class of wine outside of the main hotel. BYOB, snacks and other provisions from Tromso ior elsewhere! It is a perfect and magical getaway! Thank you to the resort staff for making our stay truly memorable!"
