"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Perfect location, very comfortable and staff who were so accommodating. This was our first trip to Norway and we were not disappointed. The location of the hotel was amazing and we paid for a sea view room (recommended) which would oversee the Arctic Church and the huge mountain stood alongside. Hotel was very snug and warm and had a very open breakfast. The omelettes were the best we had ever tasted. A huge thank you to the staff and in particular a gentleman named Morten who kindly offered us a conference room to change after checking out. Room was relatively small compared to other Radisson hotels and this was our only negative part to the hotel. Sauna is fantastic with perfect views."

"Cabin was neat & tidy with everything you’d need & a good size too, staff were really helpful with us checking in late & explained everything perfectly & also once arrived polite & friendly, buffet breakfast was also really good, loads to choose from & tasty! "Safe location. Upon arrival they rushed us to dinner (was included) before they shut down the dinner line. After they welcomed us. They also stored our bags while we ate. Room was upgrade. Room included bathtub and shower. Heated bath floor. Kettle for tea and coffee. Hot chocolate would be appreciated. No scheduled house keeping, but available upon request. Bus from the airport drops you off at the hotel and at several locations within walking distance. Shopping all around for blocks. It’s right on the water front and only 5 min walk to the central bus station when many of the tours depart and end. Get the breakfast and dinner option. It was definitely worth it. They also have tea at 3:00 or they call it cake. Over all worth the money for the stay. It’s an expensive town and the included meals were worth it. We always felt safe walking the area. Ice and snow was a different issue. Enjoy your stay. "
