"Great location but no parking and belfast loves to collect money from parking tickets. Parking expensive around that area. Great bar, restaurant, good bar service. Room was okay, bed said it was a king, obviously a kingsize bed in NI is alot smaller than most places! Room wasnt the cleaniest, shower decent with good waterpressure. Couch cheap, Ikea?uncomfortable. "

"Got married in belfast city hall and the team in the grand central couldnt have made the day any better. Sadly i did not get his name of the concierge on today but he was great with our car. Rebecca on reception was amazing getting our room ready, remembered us the next morning. Sean in the observatory just the nicest and genuine fella. And Ciaran who sorted out our booking. Thank you all so much we are sooo very greatful."

"The hotel decor is absolutely incredible. It really does feel like walking back in time to the early 20th century. The main bar and dining area is a wonderful room with big windows allowing plenty of natural light in. The fish and chips on offer in the main dining area was very good, I would definitely recommend that. In terms of negatives - the TV in our room didn't work, neither did the phone.
