"The townhouse was perfect. Beautifully equipped. “Pass the keys” is an awful management company. It took 3 days for them to respond to questions , I will not rent another property managed by “pass the keys”."

"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

"The property is as advertised except for the “patio.” I’m not sure that is really accurate as it is a small pad at the back of the property, not really a place to sit or anything like that. The neighborhood is fine, a short walk to/from restaurants, etc. The house was comfortable for two couples. We had to find the router in order to find the network and password. Also, it may have been our error but we could not get the towel warmers to work."

Michael’s communication with us was spot on and we even had option of early check in and late check out. I would not hesitate to return as the location was also fabulous! "We had a fabulous stay at Ashside Cottage. We were welcomed by Richard and Caroline who gave us a tour of the house and filled us in on places of interest in and around the area. The cottage was beautiful with parts dating from 16th century. It had everything we needed, including home baked bread. It was very cosy and comfortable and we enjoyed returning home each evening to relax and discuss the days adventures. The garden was amazing, it was lovely to walk up to the top and be greeted by...

"This property is in a convenient location on a main bus route to the city centre. There is also street parking if needed. The house itself is in some need of refurbishment- stained and flaking paintwork. Damaged flooring and furniture. Front door is difficult to lock and unlock. In terms of equipment it is very poorly appointed. This property should host 4 people there were only 3 plates, no spoons, 1 saucepan, no bottle opener - I could continue. There is an iron but no ironing board....
