"Shelleven House is a lovely Victorian building and the owners Sue & Paul are lovely hosts. Breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh as ordered. Good base for travelling around the coastal route and handy for trains to Belfast and surrounding areas. We would go back there in a heartbeat."

The decor, comfort, welcome, food, cleanliness, location, recommendations, assistance - everything - was wonderful. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. "Belfast Guesthouse Ensuite room was a great place to say in during our stay in Belfast. Walked into Belfast one day, only 2 miles but could have used the bus."

"There was mould covering the bathroom. A hole in the bathroom floor covered by a mat and a strange, large mirror propped up opposite the shower head. The lights were hanging by bare cable in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Dirty towels left on the back of my bedroom door. The house smelled musty and looked dirty. The same for the bedroom. There was a notice to say the kitchen couldn't be used for cooking. Finally one of the owners/managers asked me to move my car because another guest wanted...

"Stayed for US embassy appointment and very central for transport, food places and a tesco right below. Cleanliness in certain areas quite poor but free upgrade was ideal. Very warm and odd smell in the flat. Would ask for a apartment away from roadside as very noisey due to location. Ryans bar nearby for nice casual pub and drinks."

"Great location right by the quay which is a 10/15 min walk to the titanic museum and a 5 min walk away from the cathedral quarter. Room it self was quite bare and had a few marks on the wall in the living room area. Missing the odd light bulb here and there in spot lights and lamps etc. "
