Air con/heating system in room did not work first night was positively cold despite a spell of good weather a heater was provided . The water for showering was cold/ lukewarm. . "A nice modern hotel with a great pub and restaurant Breakfast was good. The center of town and pub area is a decent walk or a taxi ride. Good Parking in rear. "
