Friday afternoon/evening in the reception area very busy with an event that had been rearranged from the previous weekend. Restaurant very busy, but calm and very competent service. Friday evening noise in the corridor where our room was situated, was bordering on the extreme, Saturday evening, the complete opposite. Restaurant food good value and reasonable menu. "Lovely stay staff very friendly and welcoming. Food in brasserie excellent. As we went as a couple the leisure facilities weren't what we had expected and they were quite crowded with a lot of kids. We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. If you were going with a couple of kids ideal."
