"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I loved our balcony!"
