"The staff was truly wonderful. My wife and i were scheduled to return to NYC when she got food poisoning, or a stomach virus. We cancel our flight and were forced to relocate hotels and we chose an American brand, Best Western.The staff was so caring and respectful. When it was apparent we would need more than one night they found accommodations. Wife needed Emergency Room care at hospital.the staff couldn't do enough for us "

"We have stayed in Hotels in this area (close to airport) as normally we use for 2-3 days incoming to Florence Italy and 2-3 days when we depart Italy approx a month later. We have a rent house within an hour of Florence for approx 15 yrs. First time at Mirage. Compared to others there are pros and cons but overall a good experience. "

"The hotel and the room were overall good. It could have been a little cleaner in the lobby, it looks a little run down. The dining area was nice. The bar area was cute. I wish there was a pool! My biggest complaints were that the safe didn’t work so I was not able to lock anything in it, and the location of the hotel. It’s about 20-30 minutes via taxi into Florence. I didn’t realize it was so far away when I booked it. "

"Absolutely LOVED this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights and walked all over the historic district of Rome. Service was fantastic and we loved the breakfast too, although only had it one of the 3 days as we were busy. The room is small, but very clean and absolutely beautifully decorated in a historic way. Driving is limited in this area, but there is a taxi stop just across the courtyard which was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!"
