"We stayed in the double tree side of the hotel. Lobby was clean , staff was nice parking was free. The food and service at the restaurant was great (shoutout to Marg and Mira) and there is a full Starbucks in the building which was super convenient. The hotel elevators for the double tree side were very slow to go up and down and very quick to open and close. Not a great experience, the rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would stay here again for sure. "

"I had a really bad experience. Check-in information wasn’t provided until 4:15 when it had previously been said that it would be at 3pm. When I arrived I discovered that the bed was broken- the bed frame was broken and the bed sagged to the point you could not sleep on it. When I informed them, it took 2 hours for them to look at it and get back to me, at which time they said it couldn’t be fixed and there were no other rooms available. "The house is very spacious, is in excellent condition, and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely return. Parking heads up: There is parking for 2 cars (garage and small driveway), but they need to be small or medium-sized cars. If you have a pickup truck, van or other large vehicle you won't fit, and the complex doesn't allow overnight parking in the visitor spots. "
