"The hotel is stunningly beautiful, clean and accommodating. The main issue was food and beverage service. The staff had no clue on how to wait on tables, present menus, serve beverage or food. We waited 45 minutes for 4 drinks only to be brought one, told two weren’t available and had to wait again for the last. It was disappointing at best. Food was good but they need training in their restaurants! "

"The property was superb. It consists of 6 separate air conditioned cottages with ample space. Excellent dining on sight. Nice swimming pool and ocean views. I love the windswept trees and bushes lining the eastern coast. Dominica is right in the heart of Hurricane Alley, and the vegetation here is built to withstand it. The last direct hit was 1995, but it was Hurricane David in 1979 that did the most damage - 145mph winds killed 56 people and left 75% of the island homeless.
