The property is clean and pictures are close to accurate with some minor changes to the furniture and bug netting in the bedrooms. There is a small store within walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again should we return to Dominica."

"We stayed at the Banyan cottage and it was lovely. Up on a hill, very private. It had screens so no need to worry about bugs. The cooking area was nicely done so that you could cook breakfast easily. The property is gorgeous and you really feel like you're in the middle of the rainforest by yourself. Very relaxing. "Wonderful two-week stay! Beautiful spot and Nichi is a fabulous host. The home is in a beautiful location and has everything you need. Sleeping on the lanai was awesome. Nothing better than falling asleep listening to waves crashing and waking up to the incredible views! This is an authentic carribbean experience! Highly recommend and hope to return soon. "We had a great week of relaxation and low-key local tourism. The house was solidly built, clean and secure - could have had a few more utensils etc in the kitchen, but functional. We explored the area by local bus, and enjoyed it thoroughly. Trevor, our host, could not have been more helpful. The view, and sunrises, were splendid."

"My two adult children and I enjoyed a comfortable stay in two private bedrooms of the home of the gentleman that owns and lives in the advertised property. He was a kind host, graciously welcoming us when we arrived far too late in the evening and waking before 5am to see us off for our early morning departure. The bed I shared with my adult daughter was the most comfortable I slept on during our entire trip. My only concern is that Vrbo had advertised this property to us as an "Entire Home"...
