"Stayed here for a friend’s birthday celebration, rooms great, service in the cocktail bar was very slow. And not being able to be served at the bar, only table service was a pain."

"Fabulous hotel! Very cheeky of the hotel charging £15 for parking though when we could stay free on the road as we later found out or get 15 hours at sainsburys for just 0.49p! Felt that was very disingenuous of them. "

The lotion was empty, and I requested a refill, and by the time I got back to my room after dinner, I noticed that had been done. My only very minor complaint would be that the controls for the shower and room heating were not obvious to me, so some brief instructions or labels might be helpful."

"Our time at the Waterford was short, so we were not able to see or use all the facilities offered, and give them full review. We will be staying here again. Our only criticism is, the cocktails were very weak & not worth the money, we would recommend at trip to the near by supermarket."
