I did not like the food choice and its quality in the small convenience store on the premise; the staff in this stor was not polite as well."

Although it is one of Washington's older hotels (it was originally the Statler Hotel and was finished during World War II), it has modern conveniences while retaining some of the interior architectural charm. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning in the North Gate Grill."

My only complaint was that even after 3 attempts to get the "Welcome Bag" for the wedding I was attending that had transportation information for all of the different venues and being told it was "on the way" I never received the bag and was forced to either walk, taxi or join another guest while transportation was available but unknown to me."
