"We had a wonderful stay all around, food was good the little shuttle bus was very convenient, the only small issue was the WiFi. We wished the inside pool would have been a little warmer.. this hotel provides a great value for the cost."

Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. "The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. "Overall the hotel was clean with good facilities. My only negative was that it did not appear that the room was vacuumed nor bedsheets changed every day. It was clean when we arrived and bed was made every day, but do not think they were changed. It is is away from Brescia but appears to be there for the local football stadium events. Great supermarket Essilunga is a short drive away"
