Things that stand out are Luca at breakfast every morning, bottle of bubbles brought to the room for my husbands birthday, and sending me my pajamas when I accidentally left them the day we checked out. The evening buffet was a great food choice and v good value for money ,includes wine ! The rooms could do with a bit of an update but when the view and queen size bed ,tea & coffee in room .what's not to love "
