"All Good! Friendly, helpful, good breakfast...not so good for a dinner"

"Be careful about signing up for the basic room. It is beyond basic with no finishes, no refrigerator, metal furniture, not what I’d expect from Scandic. Fortunately I was able to pay to upgrade to a nicer room also without a refrigerator but the hotel very nicely sent one up to me. The hotel was supposed to have bicycles but they were out of order and they nicely made arrangements for me to walk to another Scandic (the Marriott of Scandinavia) and use a bike. "The breakfast was incredible with tons of options. The hotel is pretty basic but very clean and centrally located with a subway station right around the corner and tons of bars, restaurants, and pretty much everything you could need or want "

The fridge didn’t seem to be cold and they charge a lot of money for room service delivery which I found strange, as it’s just someone bringing the food from the kitchen up to your room which I haven’t had at other hotels. I didn’t end up going with the room service due to this. Otherwise it’s in a great location, very friendly staff and would stay here again. "
