The two concierges, Sergio and Stephanie could not have been more friendly and welcoming and both were extremely helpful in addressing every question and need we had. When we arrived, there was an issue with our room but they quickly addressed it offering a free upgrade and amenities to ensure our stay was as good if not better than what we had originally planned. "We are so happy we stayed at Akwaba Lodge. The grounds are well maintained and we had opportunity to walk around and explore. We loved and appreciated the home made meals, breakfast to get us going with fresh homemade bread and jams. Then dinners, with a couple options to choose from, were delicious. We felt like we were part of the family dining there. The room had all we needed and was cleaned daily. The cabins are basically brand new, the lovely smell of wood still lingers. "From the minute José met us at the Bocas airport, every minute of this adventure and stay was absolute perfection. Casa Cayuco manager Alondra met us at the dock to welcome us and give us a tour.
