"Excellent staff and service from the moment you walk through those floor to ceiling glass doors until the moment you leave. Didn't love the shower (half door) design where water kept splashing out nor the very temperamental hot water but the rooms were spacious with connecting doors, the beds and turn down service made every night cozy and comfortable and the location simply could not be beat."

"Room was renovated but shower head and doors condition was needed repaired. Bathroom door bottom was of painted and the entrance door of the room was stacked on the half way opened. Bed pillows are not good neither, so I hardly could sleep. "

"Very close to Duomo and the shopping center as well as lots of dining options. It does get loud though until about 10pm at night. Wasn’t a problem for us as we were awake any how. The only issue was that the shower was incredibly small even though the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was wonderful and there was even a rooftop bar/restaurant with duomo views. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed here for 6 nights. It is a wonderful hotel. Staff is very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the Duomo, shopping galleria, great restaurants. This is the hotel to stay in Milan."
