"This was our third stop on a family trip, and it has by far been the best part. Started in Venice, then Verona, both of which were great cities to visit, but the accommodations there were suspect at best. Just walking into the lobby of the Rosa Grand Milan we could tell we were in a better place. Beautiful hotel, exceptional service and amenities, and great location right next to the Duomo and Galleria. Only regret is we didn't plan more time to stay longer."

"This was a nice hotel with lovely staff. We chose it as our bus tour was leaving from there. However it is not in the heart of the city but rather in a business area. We had to use the underground train to get into the city itself, a train system that worked very well I must say. I was a little uncomfortable walking in the area near the hotel but overall it seemed safe enough. "

"The experience of our stay at Bianca Maria can be rivaled only by the stunning attractions of Milano itself. The hotel was clean, cozy, and inviting to all. The staff were wonderful and helpful in our navigation of the city. The large windows in our room gave us a nice view of the outside world and brought plenty of light in."

"Our stay with BW Linate Airport was great. The room was perfect for our needs and we were quickly shuttled to the airport the next morning. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant inside the hotel that was quite good. The servers took such great pride in their jobs and it truly shows. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this property. "

"The hotel location is very close to the Cathedral and Galleria. Walk out the front door and bear right...follow the road. You can't miss it. Loved the hot tub."

"-Helpful staff. -Room was a little dated but clean. -Breakfast was good but the eggs/bacon need to be kept hotter. The current container does not do a good job. -Toilet paper could be upgraded to better quality"

"All of the staff were were friendly. Francesca at Reception was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet at the Il Cairoli Bar and Restaurant on the Ground floor provided a lot of choice and was excellent. We returned for dinner at the same restaurant and highly recommend the ossobuco risotto, veal cutlet and tiramisu. "Hotel was OK but have to say the WiFi in the room was very poor in the evenings. I did point this out to reception but they seemed to think there was no problem. Breakfast and food in her real was very good."
