"I’m on a 2 week trip in Italy and started in Milano for 3 nights. The hostel was very clean with lots of extra shower and bathroom space. That was private which was nice if you didn’t feel comfortable showering in the rooms bathroom. Also the location is great as well. Short walk to the Doumo area and a bunch of other things as well. Plus they had lime scooters all over the city. So for the valve it’s great compared to the hotel prices! "

"Fantastic location in walking distance to the Duomo and fashion district. Staff is friendly and inviting. They have themes every night -- I stumbled into a group of fun, drunk Italians singing the lyrics to 'Let It Go' from Disney's Frozen movie in the basement. Excellent hostel and vibe."

"I received no service at the hostel. After gaining entry there was a keycard with my name attached, but no details as to which room or bed to use. I walked room to room until one opened with the card. The contact phone number left on reception was incorrect so it was not possible to contact people. During my stay I saw 2 dubious couples arrive without bags, quite late in the evening... Facilities were old and tired, the shared bathroom door did not close properly or lock. They advertise a hot...
