The argument persisted for 10 minutes and we werent acknowledged until it was over. The check-in process was easy for us, but the hotel lacked professionalism."

"A beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. I was given a room upgrade which was very appreciated. The breakfast is great. You can walk to the hotel from the station. There is one bridge to cross that has a ramp on it for easy crossing with luggage. I didn’t use the water buses as I preferred to walk, but there is a stop right out the front of the hotel."
