"The hotel was perfectly located for the centre of Palermo without being in the thick of it. Nice quiet area around the designer shops with eating in short walking distance. The airport shuttle stops right outside! The hotel is super clean with a stocked fridge and hairdryer. TV mostly in Italian but didn’t bother us as hardly there! There’s a kettle and coffee machine but suggest you bring your own tea bags. The mini mary to the left is perfect for water and beers! Roman is very friendly. Staff were very friendly and pleasant, especially at reception and give you all the info you need. Don’t bother with the free Prosecco as it’s half a glass but the views from the top are impressive. Overall great stay and will be back! "

"Very pretty hotel in the center of Palermo’s historical district. The staff and concierge especially welcoming and kind with great ideas for places to visit and made dinner reservations at a fabulous restaurant. Breakfast custom made to order was the best during our entire trip in Sicily! Will definitely stay again if back in Palermo."

"From check-in to check-out…superb service. Asked about a taxi for airport departure during checkin. Receptionist called our room after we had unpacked and asked if we’d like her to book the 04:00 taxi. Done. Needed an extra key as I was not touring one day. Done. On the day of departure 03:45, the cheerful receptionist met us at the elevator to help us with our luggage. Done. There’s in-house restaurant and spa. A gourmet prepared meal in a highly tourist area. We didn’t have time for spa experiences but reasonably priced. Yes, we would definitely stay again!"
