"This is by far the best property I have stayed at in Egypt. Everyone at the front desk is extremely helpful and have made my stay here in Egypt easy. The rooms are clean and the property is very clean. Rooms are exactly as described on Expedia's website. "The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"Beautiful location, all the hotel rooms overlook the pyramids and its services are very, very excellent. The hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Also, the restaurant on the eighth floor overlooks the pyramids, including the most delicious breakfast, excellent juices, and coffee with excellent service."

"The view from the top os incredible. The pool is small and cute. The breakfast options for continental was repetitive but very tasty. Pool opens from 8am to 11pm. Breakfast was daily from 9am to 11am. It was about 30mins from downtown cairo and 10mins to the pyramids but in a mich cleaner and gated community. The staff were alll brilliant but special thanks goes to Mr Isam who was so amazing from our first day there until the last day. I would happily return to this hotel. "
