"Really beautiful hotel! Great team there to take care of you. Caution them to be careful to take good care of things on there. My room had a broken door extra lock thing at the top. Also things that seem to have been broken and hasn't been replaced. Maybe also help set the AC so it blows cold enough. Also reduce the music playing in the hallways. I woke up in the middle of the night and could hear it in my room. Special kudos for the extra care to customer service and giving Internet TV options...

"Almost new facilities but Staff attitude was very poor. Highly inflexible to guests and generally poor reception. Mold in the bathroom, shower pressure near zero with water running in trickles. Cannot in good conscience recommend to anyone. "

"The staff are quite nice but they don’t have what is needed to deliver a great service. Check in was poor. They couldn’t find my prepaid booking so I was automatically expected to pay again. I insisted so they had to call the boss to confirm I had paid. There’s no WIFI to be honest!!! If your WiFi can’t even last a minute then stop deceiving your customers. "I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch. The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture. The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant. Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500. Doors were damaged,...

"The staff are exceptional in their care for guests however the facility itself is not new and could use an upgrade. The facility has another location across the hotel which is a bit more modern. I stayed there and enjoyed my stay for 4 days."

"I like that the residence had a kitchen so it offers some flexibility. However on the second day the air conditioner broke and the staff was hesitant to listen to me and my husband concern. My husband had to be firm to get it fixed two days later. The customer service definitely needs improvement..... and the attendants needs to understand that without guestS they wouldn’t have a job, this also goes for the owner too....staff and management seem very entitled and proud.
