"A bit tired the apartment. Did not feel too clean although the bedding was fine. Daily room service was minimal. Beds only made and towels replaced. Tumble Dryer did not work, although they offered an alternative for drying a load of wet clothes "

"Easy and helpful check in with a lovely lady at the front desk. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade since the room we booked wasn’t clean or available. Lovely quiet, clean, warm room with a beautiful outlook. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with lovely staff. Great to have parking option available, though we were lucky to get one due to limited availability and it was at extra cost. All in all a lovely overnight get away with great access to the city centre a very short walk away. "

"The room was quite tight, but the amenities and location was excellent. There was a significant vibration when the tram went by, but this stops mid-late evening and does not start until mid-morning. I was surprised to discover other people had stayed in the rooms next to me, so the noise insulation is very good. I would stay here again, but not with my partner (unless I was in a bigger room)."
