"The room was lovely and well appointed, but unfortunately the settee was against the wall opposite the window, where as the TV was opposite the bed!! It really should have been on an arm that swivelled. The safe door would not stay shut and because the bathroom door was opposite, if you closed the bathroom door, the safe door would then trap it shut. Only negatives were no late room service due to having no stock on both nights understandable with it being 1st & 2nd January but slightly disappointing but got an UberEats so all good. Secondly despite late check out and confirming this with staff and putting do bot disturb sign on door housekeeping still came into room 2 hours before checkout time while we were in.
