I had to ask them for 100 times for the refund .... Normally I don’t use hotels come, especially after this matter I won’t use hotels come anymore. The worse service ever."

"The room and facilities are great, we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi, the breakfast buffet was nice too, their Chinese restaurant also got a good menu, the hotel is surrounded by IT and network company offices, facing SZ University, very dark and quiet in the evening, subway entry at the basement makes transport more convenient. "

"提醒大家一下，這間酒店上顯示地圖位置是錯的，我直接在Expedia上點開地圖看，是顯示在可可公園Co Co park附近，福華路那邊，那是完全的誤導！！害我在那裏找了一個多小時，還以為是幽靈酒店呢，一直找不着啊。後來我把那個地址在蘋果地圖上搜，才找到正確的位置，正確位置和福華路相差20多分鐘的車程啊！！是在後海地鐵站那邊才對！如果我知道位置在這麼遠，我就不會訂這間了！除非我是想去後海那邊！另外前台的女服務員比較冷漠，態度一般，房間的清潔度就不錯的，晚上也靜沒什麼聲音。不過酒店附近的食肆比較難吃。"

"Golden Hotel is comfortable. The hotel is tired and needed a fresh redo. There is a very good restaurant just next to the hotel and this is a plus point. "
