"Clean, modern room and the hotel was really quiet at night. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was the shower gel was running very low and not filled up and only two hangers in the wardrobe which was not enough for our five night stay. Location was ok, not many eating places next to the hotel but only a short walk to the train station where there were great transport links and places to eat. "We really enjoyed our stay - located very close to the train station (where the airport bus also stops), and old town so super convenient. Very quiet despite being close to a road. Super friendly and helpful reception (providing maps of the city, Basel card, tips for getting around the city easily and onwards travel) and a very clean and comfortable stay for a good price. "What a find! Highly recommend. We loved this hotel, wish we could have stayed longer, restaurant menu and drinks reasonably priced. Mini bar reasonably priced. Only downside is from carpark (level 5 upwards is for guests) to room was quite a trek, and our room was the furthest one away. "The Staff at the hotel were all so lovely. They were all really friendly and helpful. Can’t compliment them enough! Hotel its self is decent for the price. Clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in had a decent radiator and air conditioning, a nice size room overall, & decent bathroom with an excellent shower. "This probably the nicest 3-star hotel in which I’ve ever stayed. The room was clean, pleasant and spacious. The staff was lovely, and the restaurant has an excellent menu, wine card, food & service. I highly recommend!"

"Quirky place high up in the mountains. Beautiful setting. Great breakfast and good sizes rooms, however the walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbours at all hours. We didn’t get much of a lie in! Our shower was luke warm and not very powerful. "

"- right next to a tram spot - super clean rooms and nice bathroom - all staff we dealt with were wonderful - free mini bar! (One beer, two cokes, two waters) Only downfall was the room was SO hot! It was 0 degrees mostly when we were there but had to sleep with the door open as it was too hot / stuffy. Otherwise, I really recommend and thank all of the staff! :)"
