"Lovely stay. Most staff was very gracious. Had a lot of trouble with keys connecting to the room door, not sure which was the issue. Had to change keys three times during a two night stay. Annoying but otherwise a great property. "

"Lovely place to stay for a short break. Right in the centre of everything you’d like to see in Bruges. Added bonus of the ruins of a cathedral (St Donas) in the basement, which was just amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff - would definately stay here again and would recommend to others. "

"Great location, comfortable beds, good shower, decent size room, friendly staff & was useful having a fridge in the room. Only issue was the walls seemed thin as we could heat neighbours, but this didnt spoil our stay."
