"This was my wife and I first stay in Bruges and our stay at this hotel made the visit more the memorable All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained as was the whole hotel.The underground car park was very convenient albeit a bit tight getting my car in and out of the lift! "The hotel room was lovely and the common spaces were very nice too. Weirdly, nowhere to get a hot drink in the hotel (other than the mini kettle in your room) before 4pm though. The “spa” was disappointing - it’s essentially a very small communal sauna (seats 4 people in a cosy manner) and a cold small swimming pool (no loungers or space to sit).
