"Front desk service was helpful. Room was in clean condition. Variety food at breakfast. Some improvments are suggested, for instance, fix all 2-hole sockets of whick only one could be inserted by an adpater in room 208. Also, very nice to have body lotion in room."

"First time stay at this hotel. First impressions are always formed from the exterior followed by a hotel lobby. With Shuanglong Plaza, it's most unimpressive exterior, entrance and then the lobby gives one the unfortunate thought "Oh, oh, what al I getting myself into!". Definitely has gone past it's use by date. Check in/out was however, pleasant. We were given a room on the 9th. floor. Room was very generous, with 2 double beds, bathrobes, nice towels, slippers, TV with only 1 English...

"The hotel is excellent. However, as of 11/2019, the location is a bit far from the city center. I would highly recommend this hotel if you have other forms of transportation such as company driver or easy access to DiDi and prefers private and quiet lifestyle. If you chase after a city lifestyle, you may want something closer to the city center."

"Bed is hard, easily mislead by pictures, information about cheapest room without windows missing, so upgrade to another rooms were needed by extra pay, in restaurant no good service, dim sum was good quality, very cheap restaurant, smoking everywhere, staffs do not speak English, rooms are reasonable spacious and clean and facilitated, good pressure and hot water in bathroom. Would consider staying again for this cheap price."
