There really is no staff at this property, sort of an aparthotel kind of deal, you can check in and out automatically, and get a door code to open your door. So inwas not sure hownto rate the staff. "The hotel was very reasonable and only 10 minutes from the airport. While they did not offer any dining options, it was ust a 5 minute walk to an excellent cafe which is an old converted.church. we booked a suite to have a bit more room. Like other people have noted, the beds were hard though. The staff was very accommodating. We think it's a good option if you are just on a layover and want to stay close to the airport."

"Hotel Airstay was very convenient for an overnight stay. Perfect for us as we were flying into Gimpo and out of Incheon, it is located on the train line that runs between these 2 airports. There is plenty of places all within walking distance to eat out. Friendly and helpful staff, the room provided all the amenities i could need. "
