"The service provided by the reception staff was very good. I arrived at the hotel in the late morning, and the staff kindly allowed me to check in early. This was much appreciated. The hotel is about 7 minutes walk to Coex/ Hyundai mall where the main action was. "

"This property can’t be beat for the price point. The staff at the front were super helpful with a variety of questions we directed at them. They allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby when we first arrived as we got there before check in time. The bidet in the bathroom was really nice, but they also discourage flushing toilet paper down the commode so that was a minor inconvenience. Location was great and walkable to restaurants, subway, bus stops, cafes, etc. Close enough to be about...

"There was a bit of leftover hair from previous occupants on the beds and the towels needed another washing but it was bearable. I could hear other guests throughout the night. There was a small gap under the door so the hallway activity was loud. "
