"Front desk was very helpful both when checking in and checking out. The biggest plus when booking was that I could pay in cash when I got there, something I needed as i couldn't process online payments. The room and its view were very nice, and a good size for one person. I wanted to try the tea provided in the room, but i was unsure whether it was an additional charge. "The big selling point of this hotel is the onsen. They bring in real onsen water from the nearby Hachimantai area to use in their public baths, giving a good onsen experience right in the heart of Morioka. Unfortunately, I found the bed and pillow to be much too firm, so it was a bit hard to get comfortable."

"Property is close to terminal and has a variety of easily accessible shops nearby. There are no flaws and staff are extremely accommodating and respectful. Noisy guests are a concern but not the Hotels fault. Have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. "

There plenty of choices but the food are not as fres at other places and was quite expensive . We later found reasonably close by restaurant which are actually cheaper. "
