"Location is great since it’s close to the train station. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s city center so while there’s a window, there’s no view from my 2nd floor room. Room is clean with water and tea provided. For the price and location I’d stay there again."

"This hotel is surprisingly big and well-equipped with the necessary things for a comfortable stay. The staff was very polite and helpful with food recommendations. The mall underneath it was pretty empty but this wasn't a problem with all the vendors around the area. We have enjoyed our stay here."

"Room is truly big and clean. The bathroom is huge and there is a TV inside. But you can only reach the motel by driving car, bus is rare."

"We stayed in two hotels in Chiayi and this one was much better in terms of cleanliness and service. Would recommend. The room included water bottles, towels, shampoo etc. The breakfast was good, there was only one option for the hot breakfast but toast (with various spreads: peanut butter, chocolate, butter etc.) was also available and tea/coffee. "Hotel is a bit dated but in a great location. You can't be any closer to the night market and there are lots of great food options. We stayed several nights with Chiayi as a base. It was very quiet until someone checked into the room above us. On that night, it was clear that the soundproofing is non-existent. A bit tricky for light sleepers."

"A bit out of the way from the train station. Had to take Uber everywhere coz the bus was not on schedule maybe because it’s a weekend? Unsure about this. The toilet has no door and the shower room has a clear glass without curtains. Besides these the rest are OK. Love the jacuzzi in the room. Got free ice cream and nice breakfast too. Would not mind to stay again in this but hopefully the hotel can at least give some curtains to the shower and toilet area. "
