Perfect location, good staff, but it’s a very old and out dated hotel , of course except the front lobby. Once when I entered my room, I can felt a strong smelly odour filled in the room, despite staff put in an air cleaning machine for me, but the out date old smell were still there. I probably wouldn’t go back unless they will update or remodel the place.

The hotel staff are courtesy and always demonstrate willingness to help. The only comment is about the hotel room lighting. Stronger lighting is required when i tried to read the air conditioning control knob. In addition, USB charging port should be available for all latest electrical and electronic devices. Anyway, I'll stay in the same hotel if I visit Chiayi again.
