"Can't fault the staff all very friendly and helpful, wish all hotels had staff like them. Rooms could do with a bit of updating and were a bit grubby, didn't feel very clean and hot. It was grubby and dirty in bar area to, need to clean a little bit more."

"Really nice hotel very clean good parking down side for me is I left at 06:00 but reception seem to be unattended , no lights etc so I was unable to get a receipt for my stay also odd was there didn’t seem to be a box to drop my key into and I didn’t fancy leaving it in the room as you need the key to lock the door when you leave "

"Lovely little hotel, very clean and the staff were really friendly. Our only negative thing we would say is the temperature of the room was almost unbearable. Once you get into the room open the window straight away and it does help a little. "

"Little bit of confusion at check in which was quickly and easily sorted out by the staff. Apparently hotels.com and the hotel aren’t compatible when booking so I’d call ahead if you are staying here to cover any issues before you arrive. Either way, we got a room that we were expecting and breakfast. Room was large and comfortable, very clean."

"Everything was very good. However having to go downstairs for milk when you expect some milk in the room and only have to go down for extras. The hotel staff and stay was excellent. Do be aware that the carpark is private and costs a lot! This will stop me staying next time "

"Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of issues with my room, but they were sorted straight away. This is a very basic 'dry' hotel originally built for offshore rig workers so set your expectations accordingly. That said it's about a third of the price of the posh one next door which does have a bar. The airport check-in desks are about 600m away, ish, so a very easy walk. The bed was comfortable and roomy for one, but two might be 'cosy'. Also, surprisingly quiet....

"This was an older building, so it had a few areas that didn’t work well. (Room size, the loo, noisy hallway) The staff is excellent, eager to help and quickly answered any questions we had. The food in the pub was very nice and the service was great. "
