We booked two rooms as we are a family of 7. When booking, we left a message asking for the rooms to be connected or at least on the same floor, but the hotel did not pass on the information. Maybe the Hotel can look to automatically book the rooms on the same floor when families are booking if it is possible without the...

"Great hotel at a good price. The hotel has excellent amenities such as Spa, Gym, Restaurant etc which we used during our stay. The spa is a good size with a nice pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed. We ate food in the restaurant and it was really nice. The bedrooms are a little dated and they did get abit hot during the night but we slept ok. Would definitely use this hotel again "

If I was to make one complaint, it would be that doors into the rooms are very heavy and are extremely loud when the close. I was woken twice by neighbouring rooms returning. Breakfast is excellent and good service. "
