"The dishes in the kitchenette had dried chunks of food on them. The sliding bathroom door is too heavy for an average 5-6 yr old to close the bathroom door themselves. There’s no need for the door to be that heavy. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable."

"When checking in the hotel had given my room to someone else. Instead of apologizing, they told me go sit down and wait while they tried to figure it out. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I walked back to the counter and the manager dismissively said they had a room for me and then walked off. No apology or acknowledgement that I had been treated like I did something wrong. On top of that, the room we were given had an AC that will not stop running. Our room remains freezing. "

"For the price and location on a great island it was a great fit for our family. The carpet in the bathroom had a bit of an odor to it as the days went on, the front desk often had no one there or a long line and some workers were way more helpful than others, check in was interesting. The room had some great things and some sttange things. The shower hardware needs updated, had issues with syopper, and were warmed about taking hot showers that might set off sensitive fire alarms yet if you didnt...
