"After several years of staying elsewhere in Kingsland, we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn. They do have it priced higher than most local places. It's completely worth the extra money. It's not more than other areas and very reasonable for most cities. IHG Kingsland staff have a high standard of cleanliness and friendliness. Joanie is a friendly face at the front desk and Alba is a fantastic housekeeping staff member. We cannot wait to come back soon! "

"This location was very easy to find, plenty of well light parking, and felt safe. The interior is well kept, and I was impressed how the back stairs were even well cared for. The hostess was kind, and even called me in the evening (in the room) to be sure all was well. The ONLY thing that was disappointing was the TV entertainment channels were not all available, not even the guide channel.... I missed our college football game sat. Breakfast was delicious, and the attendant was very sweet...

It could have been cleaner when we arrived, but after we mentioned it, they sent someone right up to clean. Breakfast was fine, location is just off the beach, with easy access to the bike trails. "

"It was everything you need out of a cheap motel for a few nights. The beds were made, no cigarette smell, and a working heater in the room. They also provided complimentary breakfast which was very nice for the price. The only downside was the lack of housekeeping, I don't think they have a room service team."
