"Our 6th stay at this hotel, we use when coming up to town for a Theatre show at the Royal Exchange opposite. Had a room at the front end this time so bit of tram noise but that was it. Could see straight across to the theatre. Bed very comfy, had a much needed sleep after a very hectic start to the year! Buffet breakfast to me is the best part of the stay, so much choice, very well presented and constantly stocked up. Staff on duty to make sure we had everything we required. Love the new plastic...

"This hotel's location is fantastic right in the centre of town with great parking, but so close to the station if using the train. Lovely room, extremely comfortable bed and very clean. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful in the restaurant and at reception. Very reasonably priced for its location and facilities. We will be staying here again when we visit Liverpool. Highly recommend. "

"It is a great hotel, clean, friendly staff. The only problem we had is that we booked a room without windows and it was so hot even with 2 fans on. It was difficult to sleep we will stay here again but we will get a room with a window."

"Hotel looks a bit off putti g on first site but dont let this put you off we booked 2 executive rooms ( one of which was available nefore check in time so left bags there) they were both front facing and really modern bit noisy from the street but ok, yes the carpets in other corridors need replacing but i think they are doing them bit by bit as the hotel is bigger than it looks. really good for a night or twos stay , breakfast was great hot and cold available ."
