"Staff were excellent, polite and friendly. We asked for a quiet, cool room and got exactly that. Room was excellent value for money, very clean and tidy, comfortable bed. Husband would have liked a little more pressure in the shower but I thought it was fine and I like the eco-friendly aspects of this hotel 🙂 Location is perfect, close to everything and near several bus routes. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Excellent for your first arrival to New Zealand. Is near to everything you might need; the public library is around 3 blocks away for any doc printing you might need. There are all the major bank branches near and money exchange stores. Also, if you don´t have car, there are several bus stops near the hotel. My room was clean and quiet, and the bathrooms and toilets were clean an well serviced. The staff was nice and friendly. "
