I was looking forward to having dinner on the roof top over looking the city at sunset, but instead I was met with hookah bar with DJ loud music and a staff looking at me strangely when I asked for food. If partying is your scene, then this is the place for you. It looks like it would be a fun place to party if you did that. "

Later I figured out it is likely due to resource management. For instance 3 out of the 4 days we were there they didnt have drip coffee.
