"It’s a very well kept property which is next to main road. Host Rochelle and her husband is very welcoming and kind. We, a pack of 5 people went there to Braai, party and have a fun night and we really had a great time. Breakfast was okay. A special mention to the bread that is very well made. "The venue is stunning, but the service was disappointing. We waiting a very long time for in-room service. Glasses and cutlery were dirty we could see lipstick stain on our glasses. My message bed towel was dirty with makeup & lipstick stains as well, that immediately put me off. The food was very dull and not tasty at at 1/10! "

"The Rabbit Hole is a funky, niche hotel near the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site. In the area you either get "lodges" or small chain motels. I love the place and stay there frequently when on expeditions. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean."

Stunning Hotel but a Little Pestering

"The hotel was pristine, and the room was great! It would be nice to have an iron in there, especially for busy business people on the go. The one weird thing is the number of times the hotel tried to contact me before my check-in. It was quite a nuisance. They emailed to confirm and then phoned me twice on the day of check-in. Neither time was I free to answer the call (the one time I was actually trying to scan my boarding pass for my flight and they were calling), but it felt a bit like I had a nanny! Very annoying!! Please use Whatsapp!! "

"It's been ten years since we last stayed at The Westcliff, it is such a beautiful hotel with great service. Our suite was roomy and well-kept. Valentine's Dinner was a disappointment as service was extremely slow but overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful hotel, lovely spacious room and great food. Stunning view of the golf course. My recommendations is to go to the Suites. Only downfall was the waiters at the restaurant- too busy that they forget that they have a client (experienced this during dinner and breakfast). "
