"There's only one elevator for 4 floors, the restaurant were you eat is far from the rooms, the neighborhood was not so great, and I think that the bathtubs should be removed from the bathrooms. Our room was missing a sofa. Could not find the ice machine."

"Well...not happy that thier shuttle service stops at midnight since car rentala also close at midnight and flights didtn/don't get in til after midnight! And we are not Uber people....also their heat/ac thermostat doea NOT allow you control hardly anyway to accommodate one, unless you are up and about all nught it is sensor actuvated , needs some uogrades! We have stayed ther for hears and always been pleased but there are a few things that need twnding! Staff is friendly and try to help but...

"This hotel was a fabulous surprise! We loved the decor and amenities. The desk staff was very welcoming, efficient, and helpful. The staff knew the area well and made some great suggestions for our stay. The hotel has a free shuttle that provided convenient rides for us. I am looking forward to the complimentary breakfast too. Clean room with nice toiletries. Highly recommend!! "
