"It was a small hotel. Not much of a lobby. The lady who received me on the night I arrived was very polite and courteous. She helped me changed to a different room and was very pleased to deal with. The guy who started the shift after was rude and a dick. Maybe his English vocabulary was limited but his attitude was not up to par. He wasn't helpful. He was more confrontational than anything. "

"Arrived late at night to a warm welcome so didn’t have dinner, and unfortunately left early in the morning so didn’t have breakfast. The room was comfortable and my request fro a quiet room was met . The guy on night reception Vivian I think, was absolutely lovely , really helpful an welcoming. "I was happy with my stay, the room i booked was small (solo traveler) but had all the amenities i needed and was clean. The room itself appeared to be recently renovated and the bathroom was a good size. The neighborhood has a bit of a rough appearance at face value but was safe and close to central Brussels.
