"Clean bathroom and facilities. Beds were comfortable, linen was soft and clean, and location was great. Air con wasn’t the greatest provided a doona instead of a top sheet which was odd with the heat, and the bass from the stereo of the restaurant downstairs/attached to the property was quite loud making it hard to sleep between 8 and 10pm. Staff were very kind and helpful."

The receptionist showed incredible care for the guests and ensured that our stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible. Despite arriving very early, at 9:30 in the morning, they prepared our room while we had breakfast so we could check in right away, get a few hours of sleep, and then enjoy the rest of the day exploring Galle. "Found last Minute after the hotel I booked didn’t have ac. Room was large as was bathroom. Was offered snorkel equipment and beach towels as well as bottled water and a kettle. Was able to dry wet clothes outside room in a sort of porch. Close to beach and places to eat/drink"

"Large rooms with comfortable bed right on the beach. Easy walking to many tourist shops and many restaurants. Lots of fresh seafood available from these restaurants. Staff was very friendly and eager to help with a smile. The restaurant prepared a seafood grill each night and set tables with candies at the edge of the surf. Breakfast was very good with lots of fruit and an omelette station as well as curry. Can’t go wrong staying here. "

"Nice place to stay. Comfortable clean rooms. I thought for this price they may make the beds. I also asked for a special request that the said they could do, but they didnt end up doing it... It was flowers on the bed for my girlfriends birthday. Then we asked if we could have one more breakfast as we were still hungry as compensation for not having power for the day and then they said no, which wasnt a big deal. Just thought they may do that. The serving staff were very nice."

"Its an old building refurbished into a modern, sleek hotel. Conveniently located within the ramparts of the Galle Fort, its super comfortable, with luxury shower products and impeccable service. Loved the breakfast!! They managed to go out of their way to get my laundry done on time for our train!! 10/10 will stay here again!"
